Soul Centered Fitness Collective 2.0 Group Program FAQ

Should I join the group program? The answer is obviously yes, but here is more information, just so you're sure.

Nope. This program is about learning to live like a lean person does. Think about your naturally lean friends. How many of them are carrying around a laminated PDF of acceptable foods? None.

The only thing you need to bring is a belief in yourself so strong that not even the big bad wolf could blow your house down, and a willingness to think outside the box and do the work. No food scales, no measuring cups, no endless dishes.

A gym membership is optional. Your workouts will work for you whether you have minimal equipment or go to the biggest baddest gym on the planet.

You will have a short reading assignment each week (around 10 pages/week, I provide the material).

Mark your tracker daily (1-3 minutes a day).

Fill out a check in form 1x/week (3-5 minutes).

As for your weekly exercise, 3-4 times per week at 30-45 minutes each. Enough to be effective, but not so much that it negatively impacts your hunger and energy levels.

The time it takes to offer any feedback that you have on the program and write me a testimonial at the end.

This is not some course you download and hope to get to someday. It’s is an interactive program done in real time with the group.

I am going to be in the private FB group, and am always a quick email away.

I encourage you to reach out and get the support you need. We both win, when you are confidently taking action.

I will also be giving you feedback on your weekly check ins, and offering suggestions on how to really get the most out of this program.

Cardio is not a requirement of this program. For some people it is very helpful as a means of stress relief and is a healthy habit to include in your life.

The dark side is that it may increase your hunger, excess amounts can tap into your ability to recover from your training, and it doesn’t burn nearly as many calories as you would think.

It isn’t the best fat loss tool, in spite of what you have been led to believe. Overall, this is a dose dependant thing, and will vary from person to person.

I am happy to talk about it in the group though!

Great question! You will walk away with…

  • An understanding of how your body works with you, for you, and how external systems like following diets work against you.
  • The skills to lose weight successfully, drama free, and without deprivation.
  • The ability to navigate holidays, vacations, parties, and other special events without accepting the traditional weight gain that comes with it.
  • New habits that get you lean, and let you live there. No big transition from dieting to lifestyle. This IS the lifestyle. And by-the-way, I do not mean this is a diet with a bow on it pretending to be a lifestyle.
  • More confidence and peace of mind as you drop the idea of good and bad foods, master the art of moderation (not a weekly cheat meal), and understand how pleasure and food are actually key to having a solid relationship with food.
  • Releasing your food identities and labels. Emotional eater, secret eater, binge eater, clean eater, obsessed dieter, no more.

This program is for any non-male gender identifying humans who wants to change their relationship with food, is committed to doing the deep work, and is ready to ditch dieting for good.

If you want a quick fix, have an inflexible mindset, are unwilling or unable to show up to support your fellow group members, and are more committed to your excuses than your progress, this program will only be a source of frustration for you.

If you don’t have time to commit to all aspects of the program (see time commitment above), this program will not work for you.

I don’t expect perfection, we all get busy, and life happens,  but progress comes from consistency. That means that you show up and do the work 90-95% of the time.

This is truly a commitment, not only to me, but to yourself, and to the other womxn in the group.

A willingness to share and connect will enhance the overall experience of the program. You aren’t obligated to share your life story, or your deepest secrets. I just want you to be willing to support others and allow yourself to be supported just the same.
